Enjoy with a handful of raw nuts for a great snack!
1/2 banana
1/3 c. frozen berries
1/2 c. yogurt
1/2 c. ice
1/4 c. canned coconut milk
Put fresh or frozen berries in blender and pulse until smooth. Add banana and yogurt and pulse until mixed. Add crushed ice cubes and milk and pulse until you have a smoothie made to the consistency you like. Share with someone or split in half and freeze the half you are not drinking (this will be an icy for dessert). Enjoy!
Each serving has about 1 1/2 carbs in it.
