These are great for a breakfast on the go.
2 c. old-fashioned oats
1 c. almond butter
1 c. chocolate chips
2/3 c. honey, raw
1/4 c. ground flax seeds
Mix all the ingredients in a decent size mixing bowl. Form 24 balls (about the size of a golf ball) and arrange on a parchment lined cookie sheet. Let them solidify on sheet for about an hour in the fridge. Take out and place in a zip lock gallon bag and store in the fridge. I eat two at a time. GREATNESS!
