Do you like green eggs and ham? Perfect recipe to use up any Easter Eggs and sinfully delicious! Serving size is 2 halves. I placed each egg half on a piece of lettuce for decoration. If you don't like the taste of avocado, you probably will not like this recipe.
6 egg
6 slc. uncured bacon
1 avocado
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 paprika
Peel shell off hard boiled eggs. Cut each egg in half. Remove yolk and place in bowl. Add diced bacon and avocado to bowl with yolks and mush together with a fork until smooth. Stir in sea salt and pepper to taste. Scoop mixture into each egg half. Sprinkle paprika on top to decorate. Enjoy!!
