Eggs Cauliflower and Avocado Breakfast

Make breakfast look pretty and appealing and it'll taste better too.

Ingredients

    2 egg

    1 c. cauliflower

    2 oz. avocado

    sea salt & black pepper to taste

Directions

Boil 2 eggs for 10 minutes. While they are cooking, steam the cauliflower. Cut avocado into wedges. Peel the cooked eggs and slice with egg slicer. Arrange cooked cauliflower on plate, top with sliced warm eggs, and place sliced avocado on top. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper, to taste. Sit down and enjoy.
