Egg salad minus the mayo!
1 egg
2 tbsp. hummus, organic
sea salt to taste
1 dsh. seasoning or spices of your liking
Chop egg to desired size. I use an egg slicer and chop it in 3 directions and then mash the egg a little.
Mix in hummus and seasonings until well blended.
Sometimes I make a 4-egg batch - it's better the second day.
