A no-brainer/talent, quick breakfast, full of protein and raw dairy.
3 egg
1/2 c. milk, raw or organic
1 dsh. stevia
1 dsh. cinnamon
1 dsh. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
Shake up the raw whole milk and pour into a blender. Crack the eggs into the blender, and add the stevia (to taste). Blend. Pour into a container and sprinkle a dash of nutmeg and cinnamon on top. Yeah, it's good!
OPTIONS: Add cream (one fat serving) and more eggs to make this appropriate for another meal. Or you can use one less egg and no cream to count it as a snack. If you are trying to perk up a lazy metabolism (who isn't?), then you may want to add coconut oil to the mixture. I add two tablespoons. If you have a hard time digesting fat after a long time of low fat diets, start with a smaller amount and build slowly up to one or two tablespoons. Add frozen strawberries. Oh, wow! That is heavenly! I add a few just for taste, but you can add up to a cup.
