This is a great and easy soup.
2 egg
2 c. chicken broth
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 green onion
Whisk eggs in a bowl, and set aside.
Add broth to a sauce pan, and bring to a boil. Season with salt and pepper.
Then start slowly pouring egg into boiling broth. Make sure you stir it with a fork as you pour to keep egg from clumping up and to create a stringy affect. Garnish with green onion.
