No cooking or baking and really tasty! I eat a couple of these before I hit the gym or as an afternoon or morning snack! The kids will love them too!
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. peanut butter, creamy
1 c. cooked oatmeal
1/4 c. coconut flakes
1/4 c. dried cranberries
1 oz. chopped nuts
1 oz. sunflower seeds
1 oz. pumpkin seeds
1 tbsp. honey, raw
2 tbsp. cacao powder
Dump all ingredients in a bowl except the unsweetened cocoa powder. Feel free to play around with the amounts - I never measure, and no combination has even been wrong. Mix with your hands or a big Kitchen-Aid type mixer. If it seems a little dry, add more honey or peanut butter. Roll into small balls, and then roll balls in the unsweetened cocoa powder. Keep in refrigerator to last longer.
