I made this recipe up in 5 minutes! Flavorful, filling & low carb!
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. cilantro, bunch, fresh, organic
1/2 lime
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 c. broccoli
sea salt & black pepper to taste
6 shrimp
1 shallots
Add 1 tsp coconut oil to pan Chop shallot & garlic add to heated pan. Carmelize a bit, then add raw shrimp. Sautee shrimp and add sea salt to taste. Add cilantro. When shrimp is just about done add already cooked broccoli, mix and squeeze lime over. Enjoy!
