Easy REAL Dark Chocolate Mousse

Two ingredients...dark chocolate and water. Only 15 minutes to delicious goodness!


    10 oz. dark chocolate bar

    1 c. water

    1 dsh. stevia


Fill a bowl 1/3 full with cold water and ice. Sit a medium bowl in the bowl of water (like a COLD double boiler!) Over medium heat, melt chocolate in water and add stevia if desired. Melt completely but do not burn! Pour into top bowl of double bowl and begin to whisk (or use a hand held mixer) until thickened, about 5-7 minutes. Be careful not to over mix as it will become grainy. If this happens, return to pot and melt again. Once thickened, pour into small bowls and serve immediately or refrigerate and serve within one hour. YUMMY DELICIOUS!
