This easy dish is a family favorite!
15 oz. canned black beans
1 c. fresh made salsa
1/2 c. mild cheddar cheese
1 lbs. chicken breast, skin-on
Brown chicken in a skillet. After the chicken is brown, add the can of black beans and salsa. Simmer. Top with cheese. Serve and enjoy!
