Easy Breezy Jambalaya

This recipe is so easy to make and full of flavor and spicy. Very little prep, and filling!


  • 24 oz. salsa
  • 2 c. brown rice
  • 16 oz. canned black beans
  • 16 oz. canned kidney beans
  • 12 oz. Italian turkey sausage


Cook the brown rice as directed. Cook and brown the sausage I used fully cooked sausages so it only took 10 minutes to grill them on my Foreman Grill. Place cooked rice in a pot or crock pot. Rinse and drain the black beans and kidney beans, add them to the pot. Pour in the salsa. Cut the sausage into bite size pieces and add to the mixture. Heat up and enjoy!
