Super simple, quick and easy BLT makes an excellent snack.


    2 oz. uncured bacon

    1 sml. tomato

    3 romaine lettuce

    1 slc. sprouted whole grain bread


Cut piece of bread in half. Layer cooked bacon, tomato slices, and lettuce leaves on half of the bread, and top with the other half.
