Soft banana ice cream!
1 med. frozen banana
2 tbsp. nut butter
Place frozen banana and nut butter in food processor and whiz until like soft serve ice cream. Scrape down sides often - it may look grainy, but just keep whizzing until soft.
*Banana should be firm, not over ripe before freezing.
