This is a very simple recipe for delicious banana bread!
1/3 c. butter
3 med. banana
3 egg
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tbsp. water
1 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. spelt flour
1/2 c. quinoa flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. walnuts
1/3 c. honey, raw
Preheat the oven to 350ºF. Grease and flour a loaf pan.
Blend together bananas, soft butter, honey, room temperature eggs, and vanilla.
Dissolve baking soda in water, and add to mixture.
Slowly mix in the remaining ingredients to form a textured batter.
Pour in the pan and bake approximately 45 minutes.
Cool at least 15 minutes before slicing.
