It's kinda like sloppy joe but has a different taste!
2 tsp. avocado oil
1/2 med. onion
1/4 c. celery
1 med. green bell pepper
1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 c. tomato sauce
Dice pepper, onion, and celery. Heat avocado oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced veggies to the skillet, and cook for about 10 minutes. Add ground beef and brown, breaking it up as it cooks. When beef is fully cooked, add tomato sauce. Let simmer for 15 minutes.
