A healthy twist on an old favorite!
3 tbsp. fresh dill weed
1 shallots
black pepper to taste
6 egg
1/4 c. Greek yogurt
2 tbsp. lemon zest
1 tbsp. lemon juice
Hard boil eggs. When they're done and cooled, peel and chop the eggs.
Combine chopped eggs with Greek yogurt, lemon zest, lemon juice, fresh dill, and chopped shallot. Season with pepper, cover, and refrigerate for a minimum of 1-2 hours, until flavors are distinctive.
