A tasty variation on the typical EVOO + ACV salad dressing!
3 clove garlic
1/2 tsp. mustard seed, ground
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. sea salt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. apple cider vinegar
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
Mash sea salt, pepper, grated garlic cloves, and mustard together with the back of a spoon in a bowl.
Whisk in the apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, and olive oil.
This can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks-ish.
