Dark Chocolate Covered Almonds with Sea Salt

A great protein snack, with a little kick of sea salt!


    sea salt to taste

    1/2 c. chocolate chips

    2 c. almonds

    4 indv. stevia packet


Put Dark Chocolate Chips in microwave bowl. Melt in the microwave, stirring every 15 seconds, for 45-60 seconds until melted. Stir in stevia packets. Add all the almonds and stir until they are coated.
Line the bottom of a cookie sheet with waxed paper and spread the chocolate covered almonds thinly. Sprinkle with sea salt to taste (I like it pretty salty!).
Place in the refrigerator until chocolate sets up, about 30 minutes. Remove from the 'fridge and divide into 16 servings, if you don't spread the mixture out thin enough, you may have to break it apart, which is quite good too. Place in individual serving size bags in the refrigerator. Enjoy!
