I hate wasting raw milk since it is so expensive. I found this recipe at www.westonaprice.org/food-features/maximize-your-real-milk-and-cream that uses soured milk and taste great.
3 egg
1 3/4 c. milk, raw or organic
1/4 c. maple syrup
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. sea salt
Whip together in baking dish. Cook at 400 degrees for about 45 minutes or until knife or toothpick comes out clean. Cool, serve.
