Delicious and creamy. Makes a great dinner over lettuce or stuffed in a homemade pita or crepe
1 tbsp. celery
1 tbsp. red onion
1 dsh. sea salt
1 dsh. black pepper
1/4 c. yogurt
4 oz. cooked chicken
1/2 tsp. curry powder
2 tbsp. raisins
Whisk yogurt, curry powder, salt, and pepper together in small bowl. Add diced chicken, raisins, diced celery, and diced onion. Toss until combined well. Enjoy alone, over lettuce, or in a homemade pita.
