This is an adapted recipe I got awhile ago. Its got a little kick and makes tuna taste yummy.
1/2 carrot
2 stlk. celery stalk, fresh, organic
4 oz. canned white tuna
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. fresh parsley
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. fresh dill weed
1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. lettuce
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. coconut oil
1 tsp. parmesan cheese
Dice the carrots and celery and shred the lettuce. Mix those three ingredients together in a mixing bowl. Place the tuna in another mixing bowl and add the spices, cheese and coconut oil. Mix well (you can add a little more coconut oil if it seems too dry). Mix the vinegar and olive oil together and then sprinkle over the lettuce, carrots and celery. Place the mixed tuna on top of the lettuce and Enjoy!
