A HUGE wrap or sandwich with crunch and lots of legal stuff
2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. maple syrup
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 sprouted whole grain tortilla
1 chicken breast, skin-on
1 celery stalk, fresh, organic
1 red apple
2 tbsp. onion
1 oz. nuts and seeds
2 tbsp. Greek yogurt
1 tbsp. white wine vinegar
Combine Yogurt, vinegar, olive oil, curry, syrup and salt and pepper. Put chicken, celery, apple, seeds, and onion in a bowl. Add yogurt dressing ingredients and combine. Put some shredded lettuce on an Ezekiel Wrap. Add half the chicken mixture. Fold over the best you can so that you can get this humungas lunch into your mouth...... and that's a wrap folks!
