This is a cool, refreshing way to get a serving of veggies into your diet.
1 c. cucumber
1 indv. stevia packet
3 tbsp. red wine vinegar
Blend chopped cucumber with sweetener and rice wine vinegar- enjoy!!
It is helpful to use chilled cucumber and rice wine vinegar Otherwise, add ice to chill. This is easily adjusted by added more or less to adjust to your own tastes
