Cucumber Apple Smoothie

This is a delicious, refreshing smoothie that I think you'll love!


    1 med. red apple

    1 cucumber

    1 c. Greek yogurt

    1/2 c. water

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    stevia to taste


Peel and cut apple and cucumber. Place the chopped apple and cucumber in a blender. Add Greek yogurt, vanilla, and stevia to taste. Add water, and blend until smooth. Feel free to add more water as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve and enjoy!
