Brussel sprouts that are a change from the usual. This is a crunchy bite, almost like a salty snack.
1 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1 c. brussels sprouts
If you use fresh brussel sprouts, you can steam then for a couple of minutes to prepare for mixing. If you use frozen, defrost first. Place sprouts in medium mixing bowl. 2 shakes of sea salt. Drizzle olive oil over sprouts and mix gently until covered. Spread out on cookie sheet. Place in pre heated oven 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. Longer if you like crunchier. The last minute you can broil and they will blacken. Great with steak, chicken or as a snack.
