Super easy. Super good! And you thought you had to say goodbye to croutons...


    1/4 c. garlic powder

    1/4 c. Italian seasoning

    1/4 c. sea salt

    2 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil

    15 slc. sprouted whole grain bread


Take 15 slices of SWG bread, your choice of flavor, crust on or off. Drizzle both sides with olive oil and cut up into cubes. In a paper bag add garlic powder, Italian seasonings and the Celtic Sea salt. Working in small batches, shake the cubes in the bag, coating them with the spices and place on a baking sheet. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes or until brown and crunchy. Even if you don't care for SWG bread, you will love these croutons. Store left overs in a ziplock bag.
