Crock Pot Chicken Taco Soup

Simply delicious soup!


    1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast

    14 1/2 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies

    29 oz. canned kidney beans

    29 oz. canned black beans

    29 oz. tomato sauce

    29 oz. frozen corn

    29 oz. diced tomatoes, canned

    1/4 c. taco seasoning


Place all ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Before serving, shred the chicken breast, and stir.
