Crock Pot Chicken Taco Soup

Simply delicious soup!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs. chicken breast
  • 14 1/2 oz. fire-roasted diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 29 oz. canned kidney beans
  • 29 oz. canned black beans
  • 29 oz. tomato sauce
  • 29 oz. frozen corn
  • 29 oz. diced tomatoes, canned
  • 1/4 c. taco seasoning

Directions

Place all ingredients in the crock pot. Cook on low 5-6 hours. Before serving, shred the chicken breast, and stir.
