Delicious, juicy, and easy-to-prepare Italian chicken dinner.
1 lbs. chicken breast
black pepper to taste
sea salt to taste
garlic powder to taste
4 slc. provolone cheese
onion powder to taste
2 c. tomato sauce
Place chicken breasts in crock pot. Season to taste with spices. Pour tomato sauce over seasoned chicken, and let cook on low all day, about 6-8 hours. When done, serve chicken breast on plate and melt one slice of provolone cheese on top. Top with a little extra sauce from the crock pot. Serve over quinoa, pasta, spaghetti squash, or salad. So easy to prepare and so many ways to serve it!
