Served warm or cold, very filling, full of flavor and a boost to your metabolism - serve with oolong tea and eat for lunch for some get up and GO!
1 coconut oil
1 1/2 c. kale
1/8 c. dried fruit
1 1/2 oz. cooked chicken
1/4 oz. almonds
1 seasoning or spices of your liking
A tray in oven at 400 and a pan on stove med heat Coat tray and pan with coconut oil (enough to coat food for crisp but not too oily)
Heat oil and onions on stovetop
Tear kale off of stems and lay onto pan Sprinkle with spice mixture (you can start lightly and add more to taste) Put in oven
Stir onions on stovetop Slice chicken very thin and add to pan on stove Sprinkle with season mix
Stir kale and return to oven
Add dried fruit to chicken and onions on stovetop Stir chicken mixture
Check oven, stir kale chips, remove when edges are crispy Place kale onto paper towel to remove excess oil Put kale in a bowl
Make sure chicken is cooked through, stir Place chicken mixture on paper towel to remove excess oil Add chicken mixture to kale Top with almonds
