One of my family's favourites ... so easy and so good.
16 oz. chicken thigh, skinless
4 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 c. water
1 sea salt, pepper, and garlic
1 garlic powder
1 sea salt
8 oz. Greek yogurt
2 c. brown rice
place chicken in slow cooker and top with italian dressing, seasonings of choice and water. Slow cook for 4 hours on high or 6 hours on low. Remove chicken from liquid and "shred" to whatever consistency you prefer. (like pulled pork) Add greek yogurt to the liquid and stir until creamy consistency. Return chicken to slow cooker, stir and heat through. Serve over rice.
