Creamy and delicious!
2 egg
1/2 c. Greek yogurt
1/4 green bell pepper
sea salt & black pepper to taste
Whisk the eggs and yogurt together. Set them aside. Cut your pepper, and then add it to the egg mixture. Lightly coat your cooking pan with coconut oil or butter. Turn your burner on medium, and place the egg mixture into the pan. Cook your scrambled eggs. I enjoy them with a sliced apple.
