Creamy Pumpkin Spiced Latte

This latte is a wonderful alternative to coffee, hot tea, and hot chocolate - it is delightfully smooth, creamy, and soothing.


    1 tbsp. pumpkin puree, canned

    1/4 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

    3 drp. liquid stevia

    1 tsp. vanilla extract

    1 c. canned coconut milk

    1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, vanilla


I put all of the ingredients into a stainless steel saucepan over medium-high heat and stir constantly with a wire whisk until the drink just reaches the boiling point. Pour into a mug and enjoy! You will need a spoon to stir as you enjoy your latte because the spices tend to settle to the bottom.
