Fresh and free of all the yucky oils, this dressing is a great option for those who aren't wild about vinaigrettes.
1 c. Greek yogurt
stevia to taste
1 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. poppy seeds
Combine all ingredients, and whisk until well blended.
