Creamy egg salad

For a good tasty egg salad. You could eat the whole thing for lunch or take a little on top of some delicious veggies.


    2 egg

    1 oz. avocado

    1 c. spinach

    2 oz. Greek yogurt


Boil two egg for 7 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Then lightly de-shell eggs.Cook spinach 3 minutes and drain. Slice up or crumble up eggs and add in spinach, yogurt and avocado. Mix well and enjoy. You can add your favorite seasoning if you like. I like a little black pepper.
