Full of protein, but tastes like ice cream. It sure beats the sweet tooth!
vanilla extract to taste
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
1/2 c. ice
1/2 c. almond milk
1/2 med. banana
Combine all ingredients in a blender, and blend until smooth. The protein powder turns sticky fast, so blend promptly after combining the ingredients.
