A very nice and zesty way to make avocados fun. Use it as a salad dressing, dip, or spread on your toast
1 avocado
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 dsh. thyme, ground, organic
sea salt & black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. apple cider vinegar
Slice the avocado in half and remove the pit. Scoop out the flesh, and mash it in a bowl until it's a smooth green paste.
Add apple cider vinegar and lemon juice, and gently stir in for about one minute.
Stir in all the seasonings until evenly blended. Serve and enjoy!
