This is a crazy delicious shake!
1 oz. walnuts
1 c. homemade coconut milk
1 scp. Spring of Life Plant-Based Protein Powder, chocolate
stevia to taste
1 sml. frozen banana
1/2 c. frozen blueberries
1 tsp. cacao powder
Put everything in a blender and process for 20-30 seconds or until thoroughly mixed. Make sure to have a big glass ready as it makes a fairly big portion. If you'd rather use a fresh banana and fresh blueberries, add 4-5 ice cubes to the mix.
