Cottage Cheese Dip

16 Servings of 2 Tablespoons each (each about .5 protein). This is a creamy basic dip. You can spice it up and/or add all sorts of things to this. I use this to make Thousand Island dressing, too.


    2 c. cottage cheese

    2 tbsp. milk, raw or organic

    2 tbsp. Greek yogurt

    1/2 tsp. onion

    2 tsp. lemon juice

    1/2 tsp. garlic powder

    1/4 tsp. sea salt


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Put in a covered container and store in the refrigerator.

Makes 2 cups of basic dip (2 Tablespoons each). This is great with raw veggies etc.

You can spice this up however you'd like! I've used this over my salads even...or as a base for making different dressings.
