A medium Shamrock Shake contains 93 GRAMS OF SUGAR!?! Skip the McD's shake this year and enjoy a healthy Shamrock Shake instead!

Ingredients

    1 tbsp. vanilla extract

    1 tsp. peppermint extract

    1/2 sml. banana

    1/2 med. avocado

    1/2 c. ice

    6 fl oz. canned coconut milk

    1 tbsp. honey, raw

Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and pulse until smooth.
