Quinoa
1 c. white quinoa
2 c. water
Combine quinoa and water in a medium saucepan. Cover, and bring to a boil. Reduce heat to low, and simmer until water is evaporated and quinoa is tender, about 15 minutes.
One cup of quinoa will yield about 3 cups of cooked quinoa. If you want to make less, it's easy! Just make sure the ratio is always 1 part quinoa to 2 parts water.
