Collard Greens with Tomatoes

    2 lbs. collard greens

    2 tbsp. Italian seasoning

    1 lbs. tomato


Tear collard greens and rinse the torn leaves well; do not dry. Put wet leaves in a large pan and let wilt over medium-low heat, stirring constantly. Add Italian herb seasoning. Chop the tomatoes and add to pan; heat for about 4 to 5 minutes longer, or until hot.
