This amazing, simple icing is absolutely free on Beyond Diet. No carbs, no fats, no guilt!! Use it whenever you need to frost a cake or muffins. This can be adjusted to any flavor you desire: vanilla, chocolate, coconut, etc.
3/4 c. coconut butter
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/4 tsp. stevia
1 pinch sea salt
Simply blend all ingredients together.
Variations: Add unsweetened coconut flakes for icing vanilla or coconut cakes. Add raw cacao powder for chocolate icing. Add coconut crystals for a butterscotchy/maple flavor.
