This is so simple, cool & refreshing I use it as a snack (I'm a mixed type)
1 mango
1/2 c. canned coconut milk
4 oz. Greek yogurt
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tsp. coconut syrup or nectar
2 ice
1 fresh mint
Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
