This gluten and dairy-free salad is simple and savory. The milky flavor of coconut blended with citrus and spicy Thai flavor will tantalize your taste buds and leave you feeling satisfied.
2 oz. cooked chicken
1 c. broccolini
1/4 c. shredded coconut
2 oz. almonds
2 lime
1/2 lemon
1 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp. Thai basil
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch black pepper
Simply combine all the ingredients together, stir, and enjoy!
