Tasty, gluten-free chocolate chip cookies! One serving is 4 cookies.
1 c. coconut flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1/2 c. coconut oil
1/4 c. maple syrup
2 egg
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1/2 c. shredded coconut
2 oz. chopped nuts
1/2 c. peanut butter, creamy
1/4 c. chocolate
Preheat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine all ingredients, and mix well. Stir in chopped chocolate, and roll into 24 balls. Arrange on baking sheet, and flatten a bit.
Bake for 10 minutes or until slightly golden.
