This is a creamy, healthy and delicious curry sauce to go on shrimp, chicken, veggies or brown rice.
1 c. canned coconut milk
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. fresh ginger
1 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tsp. lime juice
sea salt to taste
Mix all ingedients in a pot on the stove set for medium heat. Stir until all blended and warm. If you'd like it thicker add in some tapioca flour and continue to stir. Otherwise once it is warm and well mixed put in cooked shrimp, chicken, veggies-- whatever you'd like-- take off the stove, serve and enjoy.
