Makes 12 (Three Crisps = ½ protein and 1 carb)
1 egg
1 c. shredded coconut
1/2 oz. coconut oil
2/3 oz. chocolate
1/2 oz. chopped nuts
1 tsp. baking powder
Mix all together. Put into a 12 patty cooking tray greased with coconut oil. Bake 8 minutes in a preheated fanforced moderate oven.
Store in airtight container. Great with coffee.
