Simple coconut butter recipe which is Oh so yummy.
6 c. shredded coconut
3 oz. chopped nuts
3 oz. raisins
1 dsh. stevia
Mix all together, Spread in oblong tin and freeze for 30 mins. Cut into 48 (6X8) pieces. Place in fridge.
8 pieces = 1 protein and half a carb. But you will only want a couple at a time. Lovely with black decaf coffee.
