These rich and moist coconut bars are made of not one, but three different forms of scrumptiously healthy coconut, including shredded coconut, coconut oil and coconut milk. Thanks Elana's Pantry!
3 egg
1 c. canned coconut milk
1/3 c. coconut oil
1/3 c. honey, raw
1 tbsp. vanilla extract
1/8 tsp. stevia
1/2 c. almond flour
1 tbsp. coconut flour
1 1/2 c. shredded coconut
1/4 tsp. sea salt
1) Mix eggs, coconut milk, oil, honey, vanilla and stevia 2) Stir in almond meal, coconut flour, shredded coconut and salt 3) Transfer ingredience into 8 x 8 inch glass baking dish 4) Bake at 350 for 30 min. 5) Cool for 1/2 hr, place in fridge and serve when chilled
